Just left Costco, we hadn't been since my diabetes diagnosis, so I was thrilled to find good stuff! Low carb protein bars, pumpkin seeds and when we left I got a fruit smoothie instead of my usual vanilla chocolate swirl icecream.
238.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 78.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
