Dünki ödül günü mantı-ekmek partisi yüzünden , bugun ; göğüs ön kol antremanı seyrinde , 10 koşu 40 dk hit ip atlama ile 11 km 18.500 adım ile mantı yakmaya çalıştım , dün yediğim için pişman mıyım ? Ölsemde hayır 🙄😋
