My weight is at a standstill no loss no gain 🤦🏽‍♀️
178.5 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

been that way nearly a month. very frustrating. But at least its no gain. look for other signs of weight loss. like shoes feel looser, or clothes r bigger. sometimes we lose inches instead of pounds.

I was in a stall too, it happens and it takes time or slight changes to get things rolling again. I found dropping my calories even more just made me tired. so I would not recommend that. I lost 20 pounds before I stalled, I relooked at my macro's and my calories, things change when you have a new weight. It was almost 3 weeks before I just started again with the dropping. It will get better
