Frustrated!!!! Can't get off this one pound back and forth roller coaster! And next week I am on vacation with my sisters - the skinny twins! I have to get my mind back in the game. I know that I am doing well, the scale is not the be all and end all of this program. My clothes are fitting better, my measurements are getting smaller - I just really wish the numbers would go down!!!!!
