Down another pound finally! I am recording this earlier than my regular weigh in b/c it's down of course! My goal was for 147 by the end of March, but I am fine with this too. I have been following the 4 golden rules from Paul McKenna's "I Can Make You Thin" for the last 2 weeks and am pretty happy with that. I have been eating much less by eating conciously and paying attention to my food. I also have not been stressing about special meals for dinner and more eating what I want, just less of it. I feel this is a realistic approach to training myself how to eat right the rest of my life. I am still incorporating the Abs power foods and natural foods b/c they are healthy. The difference in this way of eating is I don't feel like I am cheating when I go out for pizza or something like that. Last week we went out and I ate a salad, then only 1 1/2 breadsticks and 1 piece of pizza b/c I wasn't hungry for anymore. In eating slower, you really enjoy your food more and saying no to more isn't hard then. By the way, last week when I put on some new clothes for Easter (with Spanx underneath that really suck it in!) I actually felt thin for the first time in a long time. It felt really good to not be feeling overweight. I still have a good amount to go to be "thin" but I am feeling better and getting closer!
