Today we went out for dinner at red lobster, I had eaten greek yogurt before we left so I got away with just ordering scallops. But then because it was my brother's birthday, we had ice cream cake, and I ended up eating a giant piece. Right now I can just feel the giant amount of sugar I just ate, since I've been eating 0-10 grams of added sugar for the past few weeks. I hope I can avoid more of that cake, and I'll go right back to eating healthier tomorrow.
103.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I usually have a three bite rule for when I am eating non-scheduled sweets, nothing ever tastes better than the third bite. I find that it helps me quite a bit, lately I've gotten better about just taking a one bite of my significant others plate. You got this!
