while the scale has gone up, I have been working out DAILY! Working running a 5k
217.4 lb Lost so far: 21.8 lb.    Still to go: 42.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

sorry you are struggling, we all hit those ruts. Have you figured out your macro's on a good online calculator?? I noticed you don't eat much protein. It might help your diet plan to figure out your basic needs to help fuel your activities.

I haven't been consistently tracking my caloric intake, so that needs to change. However, I'm not struggling, I feel great and the numbers run secondary to that.:-)
