Great day of healthy eating . On target. Hard day at work but stayed strong! Only 4.30 sleep time last night. Get to bed by 10 at latest!
174.0 lb Lost so far: 12.1 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
