Had test done last Saturday, still don't know the scoop, my wife was gone so I ate home most days, explains the loss, kids coming this weekend , so I'm sure we will be eating out...Life is Grand and So am I and I'm Do N Ok !!!!
196.0 lb Lost so far: 231.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I read your first journal entry about your weight loss journey thus far. My husband is a type 2 diebetic and your story gives us hope that he too can one day be diebeties free. Is there anything you have done or continue to do to stay diebeties free? Thank you for sharing your story💕

@Tammie517,I still try to stay keto most days, but I'm human and sometimes eat off course, but then back at it again, I did not loose any weight first 2 months , but my clothes were getting loose, so I started using measuring tape, Use to wear a sise 52 pants now a comfortable 34, never thought a few years ago would be able to beat the diabetes, now all numbers are in line and I Exercise and try to stay away from the TV..
