After almost 10 months of strength training, portion control and workout, THERE HAS BEEN NO FREAKING RESULTS. I wanna scream and cry. I haven’t lost even a pound, or gained nice muscle. My waist hasn’t shrunk.
125.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 3.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.1 lb a week

you gotta change something. whether it's your diet or your workout. if it's not working don't expect the same results.
