Fishingwidow's Journal, 08 July 2018

A very slow week. I have yoyo'd up and down for the past 2 weeks. It does get discouraging. But...I know I didn't gain the weight in 2 weeks. And a plus was all my blood work was good when I was at the dr. the past week. Good cholesterol numbers as I can't take meds for it as it causes achy muscles. So a bright spot there. Have a nice Sunday all.
197.1 lb Lost so far: 8.9 lb.    Still to go: 37.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
