So this week it was wed and thurs, not wed and sat, and next week I'm going for thurs and sat . That should work out better. Will try to decrease cals on deficit days but not go krazy.
243.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
