This is my first official weigh in since I started fat secret and begin recording everything I ate. I feel pretty good about my weight loss :-) I am excited to see what the next week brings....especially with a few parties with bad food!! Yikes!
164.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 34.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
