Losing again!!! Still no exercise, but it’s supposed to be cooler this weekend and I’ll try walking a little. I’ll have to start slow but something is better than nothing

Great attitude. I've had a few bursts with hard exercise and failed at keeping it up, due to pain. Now I do it well within comfortable pain, and it's much easier to do on a regular basis. Also found that more protein increased muscle comfort, and lust for using them. Happy trails.
