Day 3 was a good day. I stuck to the plan. I got all my water! That was harder than I thought. I kept myself busy & moving more than usual yesterday. Working from home has been my excuse to eat & to do nothing. So I made a resolution to get up from my desk every hour & strech, take a short walk outside & spend some time either by the pool or @ the pond & count my blessings. I'm down a lbs. I do not know from water weight but a lbs is a lbs! I want to thank all my new BUDDIES who have been so helpful. THANKS!!
