Have met my goal of losing 7 pounds a month. Started keto on April 9th at 240.2 and now have lost 21 pounds. I eat 2 meals a day - lunch and dinner. Nothing in between. Blood sugar around 95.
219.2 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week
