Did some fasting to get down before my trip. I won't be able to weigh in until Monday. Hopefully I'll come back with some type of negative but working out will be difficult. We shall see.

For me, the loss was about diet and calorie intake. The fitness was exercise. Even if you can't work out, diet can help with a loss. Life happens. Just control portions and you should do great!
