Yesterday I broke the sugar rules 2 soda ice cream more food no fiber it is day on the beach a lot of activity preparing sweating and driving I think over all ok once a while there is a need of breaking the rules cheat one day! Hoping that wouldn't increase sugar level too much Watch out AS it happens
