Well I guess I am a skeptic no more. Following the Atkins regime faithfully and exercising regularly, and the scale is dropping to the tune of a pound or so every week. It has been a challenge at the office as folks bring in their baked goodies and birthday cakes - but I have stayed completely faithful with not a single nibble of a cheat. I feel good, and people are starting to notice and comment that I am losing weight. It is much easier to move around the tennis courts, and that is making me more competitive amongst the more seasoned players. I plan to stay the course, and hope to reach my goal weight soon - at which time I will move to OWL of Atkins.
