I've lost my way the last few weeks and just didn't really care. I've gained one pound but I feel like it's more than that. I'm going to try really hard to get back on track this week, eat healthy and get my exercise in. Has anyone been watching the Sunday night tv show I can make you thin? What do you think about it?
