Walked my five miles today in the pouring rain, nothing like determination! Made a yummy lunch of Cole slaw mix sautéed in butter with onions and hamburger and house of Tsang sauce.
250.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 90.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
