So after the last few weeks of nothing I said to heck with it all yesterday and enjoyed my Easter. I ate what I wanted to with in limit but I included a few Peeps along with dinner and Easter breakfast. So this morning my weight is up 2 whole pounds. At least the scale moved. I'm ok with this wieght, because I know it will drop right back to the previous weight in a couple of days. Maybe this little splurg will get thing going agin for me.
195.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
