I have never been in your position, so I have no words of wisdom on the subject. But I know there are folks here who will help you with your goals. You can do this!

What are you eating and how are you exercising? Your profile doesn't show any food or exercise tracking so it's difficult to advise. Track what you are doing and someone may be able to give advice. Gaining always been easy, too easy, for me so my bad habits may help but I have no way of telling right now.

Never mind I found your diet info. Are you wanting to just add muscle or fat too? Eating carb heavy close to bedtime will slow your system down. Your system won't have time to process the food and you will gain. Smoothies are probably good but also give you a sugar rush you may be burning off fast. Adding more heavy carbs like rice and pasta, and some veggies that take a while to process will also help add mass.

I had this problem as a young adult. Again about 5 years ago I dropped from the 130’s to 107 in 5 months just from stress and depression and I had been eating at least 2000-2400 cal a day. When I found out if was pregnant I was 112.
I gained by adding in a candy bar or treat every evening. Be careful as once started this habit is hard to break. I had been eating more Whole Foods like steak and started making more things with packet seasoning and sides of canned veggies instead of potatoes (carbs never made me gain but I think they do now). I started making more gravy too.
If you work out go slower or use less weights. Unless you want to build muscle then lift more :). Muscle takes up less space so you can gain weight while still looking thin and fit. However you decide to try it please go slow. A huge gain or loss quickly is hard on the body.

Oh and I do NOT recommend this, but once I gained 15# in a month by forcing myself to eat as much pizza as I could at lunch. By months end I was eating a whole medium thin crust pizza and only left one piece occasionally. That weight was hard to get off!

Hey, I understand your weight gain struggle - going through that myself. I just try to eat whenever I feel hungry and right now that is literally almost every now and then. What I usually do is carry snacks with me and then eat at least 2 big meals each day and that keeps me on my feet. I am just recently feeling more comfortable wearing clothes that clinge to my body more cause I do feel good about myself.
I do hope you’re able to work through your anxiety and depression and achieve your weight goal. #SmallGirlsMatter #WeightGainIsABigDeal
