Finally down a pound. Having a full Spike Weekend 2 weeks ago did it's job spiking my metabolism. Now i just have 3 more pounds to go for my goal.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
