Fallen off the wagon for the past 10 days Boys are on holiday, Olympic parties, friends buying me cake because I feel a little low about work Well it's going to stop now.
I need to work hard on losing the next 8lbs.
Today I need to plan my lunch for the week and fit in some serious exercise.
152.1 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
