Another small weight gain but I just had to have lasagna on Farther’s day 🙈still pushing 💪🏽
176.0 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Did the same on Fathers Day, took my 2 grand daughters aNd their mom to breakfast at the Golden Corral and the went to Dicks Wings with my grandsons that evening. It showed the next morning on the scales but on Monday I was back on my plan.
