A bit disappointed. Though using a different scale. Also I have been exercising more, feeling better and better. I will focus on those gains rather than the weight gain.
508.2 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 48.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.5 lb a week
