This week I gained about two pounds. I did up my carb intake to between 25-30 grams a day from 20-25 grams. My clothes are fitting me a lot better even though my weight doesn't seem to budge much at all. My blood pressure is a lot lower. There are many positives. So I will keep moving ahead. I put that I'm following the diet reasonably well but I think I'm doing better than that.
157.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 17.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It could be water weight and not a true gain. Don't stress, it will come off in no time. Your clothes are the best way to measure your success anyways! :)
