Finally down! Yay!
158.0 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1746 kcal Fat: 67.69g | Prot: 72.34g | Carb: 140.26g.   Breakfast: Almond Butter, Oakrun 100% Whole Wheat English Muffin, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Coffee. Lunch: Ralphs Brussels Sprouts, Mixed Salad Greens, Cucumber (with Peel) , Cherry Tomatoes, Kraft Light Ranch Reduced Fat Dressing, Avocados , Great Value Medium Black Olives, Salmon. Dinner: Vinaigrette Dressing, Green Cabbage, Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten), HEB Select Roasted Yukon Gold Potatoes. Snacks/Other: White Table Wine , Air Popped Popcorn , White Table Wine , White Table Wine , Cherry Tomatoes. more...
