Holding steady for the last week. Well, that is better than the opposite direction ;) Guess it's time to seriously move in the direction of EXERCISE!

No two ways around it...something has to give!

Steady is good! I have been really good on the exercise, ok on the diet. Can I suggest some resistance (weight) training. Either body weight exercises or with weights. You can do it at home in less than 30 min, twice or three times a week. There are lots of free vidoes on youtube. The more muscle you have, the more fat you burn ALL the time. Right, I'm sorting out my calories now! Good luck to both of us!

thanks Lara - and yes, weight training is in order! working out a plan to get back in the groove...I have set a new goal to get back to my blue line by the time of my Oct 30th Maintenance Anniversary. It will bug me if I am way over by the time that rolls around! So...workouts and I will become re-aquainted. ;)

Love this woe in the beginning when exercise wasn't really a necessity. Now however gotta do it. Steady is good but can still be frustrating sometimes.
