AHHH, its been so hard but I got back to following it again and have finally seen some improvement. Maybe I'll break this goal weight and can move it back to 180.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 6.5 lb a week
