I'm happy with it staying the same as 3 days ago I was 4lbs heavier due to my birthday and sister staying. Start of a new week for me, aiming for a 3lb loss, if I manage it, I will be at my lightest in 3yrs! just have to navigate a wedding reception tonight and Fathers Day tomorrow and then plain sailing me hopes! Happy Saturday everyone x
241.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 86.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
