I have been yoyoing up to 202-203 this last month so I didn't record any weigh ins. But I started really watching what I eat and trying to follow canada's food guide as good as I can. So now I'm back doen to 199!!

I haven't been able to exercise though. I got ready to go out for a run yesterday (-3*C) and on my way down the stairs I turned on my ankle!! It's not a bad sprain, luckily, so I should be able to get back out in a couple days.

199.0 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 34.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
