it's a 1.5 kg gain after 2.5 weeks trip to Russia. Ate a lot, including grains, bread, and potatoes. I tried to compensate with lots of walking: averaged to 12117 daily steps May 27-June 2, 18990 daily steps June 3-9, and 12020 daily steps June 12-13. It might have helped not to exceed the 67 kg limit. But now I have to restart weight loss again. Current target is to reach consistent 65 kg. Also, to deal with the allergy caused by gluten, am going to be very careful with what I eat and avoid gluten food.
147.5 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
