So I accidentally stumbled into Intermittent fasting and decided to keep it going. Im on Day 3. Im just seeing how doable it is for me before I try to help encourage someone else to try it.. 8 Hours of eating(Still counting calories) and 16 hours no eating with just water and 0 calorie drinks. Not so hard for me considering Im not much of a breakfast guy. 👍🏿
211.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Nice drop! I don’t eat breakfast too often either so IF from dinner one night until lunch the next day is pretty easy for me as well. Best of luck to you! Let us know how it goes
