I suck I hate myself! I cant lose weight!
128.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Don't be so hard on yourself. We all get into a slump, you just need to take it a day at a time and do the best you can that day. Don't give up!!

Losing weight is hard and you need to be in a good place mentally to do it. You also have to care about yourself and tell yourself you can do it and you are worth the effort. It's a very smart thing to get a hold of your weight when you only have a small amount to lose. Start telling yourself "you can." Aim for one pound a week! Reward yourself with nonfood items! You will be at your goal before you know it. Good luck!

I use to look in the mirror and think the same thing about myself! But then I realized that I'm the only person who can change how I feel about myself. I may be a little over weight but I know that I am worth the time and effort it takes to make me a better me! Keep your head up, smile no matter what happens and have faith in yourself weather anyone does or not! STAY STRONG!
