Thank you so much Kattay! I’m creating a calorie deficit by ingesting only 1000 calories a day. And I’m also eating healthy and avoiding junk at all cost.

Kudos to you for the amount you are losing each week!! I'm doing the same thing, under 1000 and no junk. Don't burn off pounds as fast as I used to but I'm optimistic :)
