Lost 2,6kgs in 2 weeks. I feel like it is very slow but I need to keep at it. I am still motivated and am going to gym next week as well to hopefully speed things up a bit. I only have 13 weeks left until the wedding and still 9 kgs to go. I can’t afford to mess up now.
162.7 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
