I way under ate again yesterday. I just have no feelings of need to eat food right now. At least yesterday I wasn't quite as stressed out. I blew everything off and took the dog and we went and hid for the day walking and ride around the back roads so I could get in some photos. It felt good to be doing something I enjoy.
