Had a cheat meal today for the first time in a month and half. Mmmm 🤤 chocolate ice cream
214.9 lb Lost so far: 19.1 lb.    Still to go: 64.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's not a cheat. It's living. It's also important to remind your body that it's not in a constant caloric deficit to mitigate metabolic down regulation. Least that's what I tell myself... Not 100% on the science; def 100% on the psychology. Let's go! #stillgrindtime

Yes true that it is a lifestyle and it is ok to live a little harder sometimes 😬 always grind time. Put in 2.5 hours today. Got at least two hours planned for tomorrow as well 🏋🏻‍♀️🚴🏻‍♀️⛹🏻‍♀️💪🏻😬👍🏻
