Well I did it!! I set out to lose 3 pounds this week and I did! I worked very hard and was very strict on my food choices and worked out extra hard every day! I gave it my all this week and accomplished my goal for the week! I am 144 today and I know I haven't been that weight in at least 10 years! (maybe more). Trying to come up with a goal for the new week. I really want to be 135 by July 2nd when we leave for vacation. I have 6 weeks and 9 pounds to lose....I think I can do it!
