My name is Stephanie and I am 32 years old. I am married with 3 beautiful little girls, 7, 4 and 2 years old.

I have been overweight for quite some time now. I am 5'0" and was 185 at my heaviest. I have gone on weight watchers after the birth of each little girl. I have now decided to just count calories and exercise. So far it is working great for me. I have a ways to go until I get to my ultimate goal, but I am being patient and working hard. I am happy with my new lifestyle and am excited to stick to this for the rest of my life. I want to teach my girls early the correct way to eat and how important it is to stay active.

Dissapointed in myself
I am in the same boat, i went from being a stay at home mom, where I could focus on my food, workout everyday whenever I wanted....to now having a desk job...I have had it for almost one month and I still can't find a good routine that fits. UGH!!! This week i have finally figured out my snacking. I get soooo bored here and I am not used to just sitting around all day, to I EAT! I am fine with eating, I just have to eat the right things. I lost 30 pounds this last year and I don't want to go back, gotta keep pushing along! I just have to find a balance with the gym and then I will be set! SO...if any 'desk job' people out there would like to share their gym schedule that would be great! What worked for you? Mornings and lunch breaks are out of the picture for me.

I need a buddy to help me out and keep me on track! I have gained back twelve pounds are really need to find my grove again! I am having a hard time getting back to the gym...I was going every day...but now...UGH!!!!

Need Breakfast on the Go help!
Just went back to work after 4 years of staying home with the kids! So, I have never really had a problem with preparing food for breakfast and lunch since I was home. Now that the mornings are SO hectic, I don't have time to eat before I get to work. What are some FILLING, easy breakfasts that I can take to work? The breakfast bars are NOT cutting it! Any suggestions from some other working mommas out there???
