I'm still to high on fat intake. 12% over today. But using this app let me calculate that it was only 8 grams over my target. I can see my fat calories on the report page and now have a strategy for tomorrow. The ice cream is gone and I'm not going to the store = tomorrows strategy. I got this.
172.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
