Low carb diet counting macros (130g carb, 100g protein) and o my 1650 Calories a day. No processed foods or breads or grains except quinoa and corn tortillas! Intermittent fasting between 12pm-9pm. The only sugar I’m consuming is from 1tblsp honey in AM coffee. Seems to be working because I lost 5 pounds in 8days.
217.1 lb Lost so far: 9.9 lb.    Still to go: 27.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
