Well I will have lots of "fuel" to workout today. I ate a lot of food yesterday lol. Trying a new stretch and weightless workout at home. Then my normal workout. Soon I will add Gold's on the way home from work. Might even just pack some gym clothes today and see if I can try it out for 30 minutes even. Just want to get on those stairs and build me a bum. See how this day goes. Watching my food choices today.
123.8 lb Lost so far: 5.3 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I went to the movies last night and got a workout in afterwards at 9pm. My husband walked by and looked at me like I was crazy.

I have a huge bum that needs to go ha. Those squats are what you want to acquire that shape. You should go to the gym what do you have to lose but only gain with practice.
