Even if I only lose 100g a week Im happy. Rome wasnt built in a day and im not going to lose 15kgs over night. So 500g in a week is good for me.
152.3 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 31.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
