Some drinks over the weekend. Diet has been relatively good. Moderation is my friend at the moment. Still quit coffee and need to pick up some decaffeinated for the morning. I can't get over what a difference it has made in my body in the morning, so there is no point in picking it up again minus the occasional treat. Been doing orange theory everyday with no excuses. Starting to think about hitting up the "real" gym in between orange. I think lifting some heavier weights would really make a difference in accomplishing the body I want in my 40s. I would absolutely love to break the 120 mark. But I'm also allowing myself a little leeway so it will come a little slower especially if I'm muscle building. 2.1 pounds seems daunting at this stage in my life where as 10 used to seem easy peasy. I guess I just realize how difficult it is to get rid of actual fat these days :)
122.1 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 6.0 lb a week
