So proud of myself for losing 8 lbs in so little time. When I came back from vacation I was up on my weight so I dug hard and worked hard and lowered the weight. Start back to work this week and the gym so hopefully I can keep up the weight loss.
182.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 42.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
