I'm having the hardest time staying under 140! Even if I get to 139, the next day I'm right back up. I am breastfeeding and not truly dieting, but it's still frustrating. I'm just trying to watch my portions and not over eat. And I'm trying to eat as clean as possible.
140.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
