I've been sick for the past two weeks so my weight and eating has fluctuated. for a while I couldn't eat so I got down to 175, then I wanted to eat everything and figured since i was sick i might as well eat what sounds good. Tonight I went for a bike ride since I'm feeling better than before.
It's looking like I am retaining water too, i had a lot of salt the past two days and well... it's approaching that lovely time of the month when I gain up to 5 pounds and hate myself for a week lol. But persistance and lots of support always helps me get through the cravings!

Diet followed reasonably well.
